I am Ursula Cats. I have assisted women, children, young adults and parents to find their inner strengths since 2002. Inner leadership coaching has always been the core of all the work I have done. I also have been actively fighting for human rights for many years and have founded the We women foundation in 2009. Since then, my focus has been women empowerment. 

 

Pounamu Coaching supports the We women foundation. You receive coaching and 20% of your investment goes directly towards the Inner Leadership Coaching for Refugees in the Netherlands and Leadership Development for women in Myanmar.

My Motivation

The drive behind my work is to realize social transformation as much as possible. Wherever I can I will contribute by using my talents to assist other people grow into their own potential.  Everyone has authentic strengths that they can wield and control. I assist people to get insight into their identity structures, so that they can choose to live from their own authenticity. When opening up to authenticity, the connection with everything surrounding us will become clearly evident.  It is like peeling off layers of yourself with the ultimate goal to recognize the mechanism of the ego and to let go of judgments. The flow of the love and the energy that is available for everyone can be felt stronger and stronger the more we let go of judgments. We will feel freer to move and to be ourselves. We will be able to be in the here and now. When we realize that the here and now is important, we can let go of many expectations of ourselves and others. 

 

My ultimate goal is for everybody to live together in peace and equality with love for each other and the earth.
