Revive: You want short term coaching, as you want to work on a specific goal you have. 4 to 8 sessions of 1.5 hours per session.
This is a powerful but short-term program. There is little talking and lots of doing! You gain insight into the needs that you want to address. Together we take a deep dive into your inner self.

Live Through: You want to grow your inner strengths/leadership and transform life events into power. Eight to 12 sessions of 1.5 hours per session.
During these sessions, we explore your needs and formulate your aims. I will guide you to look into your inner desires and face your demons. You will let go of ego mechanisms and experience the strength lies that beneath your life events. This is a never ending source of authentic power ready for you to wield.
